Glazed Earthenware Terracotta - Porcelain Slip

This  hand-built ceramic plate is crafted from traditional terracotta clay with a porcelain slip finish.Hand painted with illustrations  inspired from illuminated manuscripts, antique tarot cards and traditional embroideries. Traditional oxide pigments are used to produce the colours  and are applied before the first of the two firings in the kiln.
The Strength tarot card symbolizes inner courage, resilience, compassion, and the mastery of raw emotions through patience and understanding. It reflects the balance between gentleness and power.
